----She-Ra: Princess of Power
----Anita Blake Vampire Hunter: Edward
It is always the quiet, tall, blone ones you have to look out for. Especially if they are a highly skilled assassin who is not in it for the money, but rather the rush and joy of the kill.
----Chronicles of Narnia, The: Aslan
» Thank you, Kim
----Harry Potter: Severus Snape
Severus Snape is one of the most hated characters of the Harry Potter fandom, and while I can see that I am still one of his biggest fans. All through the series I have always stood behind Severus and even enjoyed his tauntings directed at the Trio. He had a truly sad childhood and he has risen above to become an excellent Potions Master and teacher.
----Harry Potter: Albus Dumbledore
Dumbledore is one of my favourite characters if just for his pure quirkiness and odd tastes and likes. Any person who loves reading Muggle magazines, thoroughly enjoys knitting patterns, and would research their own jam preferences before attempting to impersonate them will be given a high spot in my list of favourites.
----Harry Potter: Minerva McGonagall
I love just how sharp and quick Minerva is. She has earned her position of Deputy Headmistress and is a true Gryffindor. She is the exact type of person I know that I will be like when I grow up and get old.
----Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi
Wise, old Ben Kenobi. How can you not love the old hermit who happens to be a Jedi Master?
----Vampire Chronicles, The: Marius de Romanus
Marius has always intrigued me, something about the tragic life he has lead. First being kidnapped and turned into a vampire against his will, then taking the King and Queen (Enkil and Akasha) and becoming their care-taker, finding and losing his one true love, Pandora, then Armand and finally Lestat releasing the Queen of the Damned with his songs. One of the few Children of the Millennia left remaining.
----CSI: Gil Grissom
Grissom is the odd, insect loving, night shift supervisor of the Las Vegas Crime Lab. Every week I tune in to see what little saying Gil will leave us with or which insect will help and solve the case.
----CSI: Greg Sanders
Greg in my opinion is Grissom in training. His quirky tastes in music and odd bits of information along with his awesome dancing skills whilst wearing a 50lb headress atop his head, make him so appealing and I watch to see what kind of trouble he gets into next.
----Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon: Sailor Pluto/Meiou Setsuna
The first collector card for Sailor Moon that I ever bought was Sailor Pluto, since then I did everything to find out as much as I could about her. Her story was so sad, and tragic as was my life at the time. Solitary soldiers, forced to watch and not to interfere.
---- Galaxy Express 999/Captain Harlock/Cosmos Warrior Zero/Queen Emeraldas/Maetel Legend/Arcadia Of My Youth: Emeraldas
----Galaxy Express 999/Captain Harlock/Cosmos Warrior Zero/Queen Emeraldas/Maetel Legend: Maetel
----Hellsing: Sir Integral Wingates Hellsing
Integral is such a strong and loyal character. She is immovable in her beliefs and is loyal to God, Queen and country. She is the female head of the Hellsing Organization and is a knight in the Royal Protestant Knights whose mission is to protect country from any threat. In her case Integral protects the country against the creatures of the night, vampires and the engineered freaks.
Just an all together awesome series. The first anime series was okay on it's own, and the manga is still running full of blood and gore and violence.
----Chronicles of Narnia, The
To put it simply, when I die my soul (pending that I do not reincarnate or that the Conan O'Brien song, "I'ma gonna go to hell when I die" doesn't come true) will go to Narnia and I will travel all the lands and seas of the other lands as well.
----The Arcade Fire
» Thank you, Akasha
----My Chemical Romance
I became a fan of these guys late in the game (aka January 2006), but since then I have been a true fan of the music and of the guys behind it. Since first listening to their 2004 release, "Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge" I have fallen in love with Gerard Way's lyrics, Ray Toro's guitar solos, Frank Iero's crazy on stage antics, Mikey Way's cute little stage movements and penchant for creating excellent band names, and Bob Bryar's hatred for the camera and love for all things Mr. Bean.
Not many people who are fans of this show actually watched it from the first episode. Most started later in the season and then worked their way back to the beginning. I was into the show from the moment they announced it as a new show that season and have watched every episode every Thursday night (and even re-runs every chance I could get).
----Late Night With Conan O'Brien
The show that keeps me laughing till I fall asleep. The show with the sexy host who does the string dance and pulls the lever of joy.
